Maximilien Marxer is a lawyer and notary based in Liechtenstein, with a dual background in law and international affairs. A graduate of universities in France, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, he has worked across the trust, legal, and philanthropic sectors for over a decade.
He is a founding partner of Impact Trust AG, where he focuses on governance, cross-border structures, and the ethical deployment of private capital. His practice is rooted in a long-standing interest in the intersection of law, strategy, and social responsibility.

Anita Laternser brings over 40 years of experience in the Liechtenstein banking and fiduciary sectors, where she has held key roles in client services, governance, and regulatory compliance.
